PRACTICES at the YMCA Fields: Practices at the YMCA will be held if the Sports Director deems that field conditions are satisfactory. If a practice has to be cancelled for any reason, coaches will be notified by e-mail or phone at least 1 hour before their practice by either June or Zach. Practices will only be made up if the coach coordinates another time with June.
GAMES at the YMCA Fields: Games will only be cancelled by the Sports Director if the fields are deemed unsuitable for playing. Please check
http://donelsonymcasoccer.playerspace.com for updates regarding this information. Coaches will be notified on rescheduling make-up games, which will be made up during the week.

Crockett Park Fields: Call the Crockett Park hot line at 615-373-7752. The City of Brentwood determines field availability. If there is a weather issue, updates will be made on
http://donelsonymcasoccer.playerspace.com. Practices that are cancelled will not be made up. Games that are cancelled by the City or the YMCA will generally be made up during the week. The YMCA Sports Office will notify each coach regarding rescheduled games.
